Fees and Session Times,

Lord Williams’s School Day Nursery is a registered charity (No: 1089101) and is self-financing and non-profit making. Our fees contribute to staffing and building costs and we hold fund-raising events to purchase new equipment and resources to benefit the children, most recently, the upgrading of the garden and new outdoor structures and equipment.

Fees are charged monthly and sent via the ‘Blossom’ app. Invoices are issued on or around the 15th of the month with prompt payment expected within 14 days. Reminders will be sent if payment is not made and the nursery reserves the right to implement its Debt Recovery Policy to recoup outstanding fees.

Fees are not charged when the nursery is closed, for example, Bank Holidays and INSET days, however, if the nursery has to close due to circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather fees will be charged. 

In the unusual event that we have to close the nursery or a particular room due to staffing issues we will offer a refund.

We are unable to offer any reduction in fees for periods of absence, for example if you choose to go on holidays or when your child is ill. 

We offer a 5% discount for siblings.

The Nursery Management Committee annually reviews fees to ensure that they are in line with the running costs of the nursery.  All parents will be informed, in writing, in advance of any change to nursery fees.  Fee increases normally occur on or around 1st April each year.

Notice to change sessions or to give up a place must be given in writing to the Nursery Manager at least 6 weeks in advance.
