Baby Room
Our baby room accommodates babies from 6 week to 2 years in a bright, spacious, comfortable and stimulating room. In the baby room, we work closely with your child to help them learn through play and a range of experiences. We support their development through all areas of the EYFS by using our knowledge and provide age appropriate resources.
About our Baby Room
When your child joins the baby room we recognise that it can bring a variety of feelings and experiences for you both. Your child will be allocated a key person who will help them settle into nursery and support their development as well as providing support and reassurance for you!
We follow children’s sleep routines from home and provide opportunities for rest, sleep and also for quiet activities. We work closely alongside parents to ensure children’s dietary needs are met, especially during the weaning period. Children are fully supervised at mealtimes to encourage social skills and ensure children eat safely.
The baby garden provides a spacious and stimulating environment for your child to explore through sensory and physical activities. We provide both indoor and outdoor adult led activities to suit your child’s growing development and needs.
The baby room offers access to fun and exciting creative and sensory play, giving your child a chance to explore a variety of textures using all their senses.
We provide continuous provision to ensure your child is encourages to learn through their play as well as providing our planned adult-led activities.

Toddler Room
Our Toddler Room accommodates our 2-3 year olds in a spacious, bright and well equipped room. In the Toddler Room, we work closely with your child to help support and further their development, through all areas of the EYFS by using our knowledge and various age appropriate resources.

About Toddler Room
Turning 2 can bring a variety of experiences and feelings, both for children and their carers; therefore your child will be allocated a key person at nursery, who will support them daily with their development and helping them to feel safe and secure.
Alongside their learning, we provide opportunities for quiet time, rest and sleep. We encourage children to feed themselves at mealtimes, giving them plenty of praise and support.
The spacious, enclosed garden offers opportunities to play freely and explore. It has a has a mud kitchen, digging area, sandpit, a track to ride wheeled toys on and artificial grass meaning it can be used in all weathers.
We have a huge range of resources to develop children’s gross motor skills and have recently erected a “Reading Hut” that is used for story times and phonic group work.
Whilst in the Toddler Room, the children have access to creative activities, allowing them to explore a variety of textures, stimulating their senses and developing hand-eye co-ordination.
The children are encouraged to learn through free play, alongside planned adult-led activities covering all areas of learning.

Pre-School
Our Pre-School room accommodates children aged 3 and 4 years of age in a spacious, bright and well equipped room. In the Pre-School room, we work closely with children to help support their development, covering all areas of the EYFS. By using the staff team’s knowledge and a wealth of age appropriate resources we aim for the children to be ‘school ready’.
